Our Student Terms & Conditions form part of the contract between HSU and our students. It outlines the rules, regulations, policies and procedures that apply to students enrolled on award-bearing courses at our university.
From time to time it may be necessary to review and update our Student Terms & Conditions and the policies and procedures that underpin them to ensure they are still fit for purpose.
Terms & Conditions for new students starting in 2025/26 
All new students joining us in 2025/26 will be subject to our Student Terms & Conditions 2025/26.
Terms & Conditions for continuing students
Continuing students will remain subject to the Terms & Conditions or the Student Agreement in place when they first enrolled for their course.

Student Agreement 2024/25 (applicable to all students with courses starting in 2024/25)
AECC Student Agreement 2023/24 (applicable to all students starting courses with AECC University College in 2023/24)
UCO Student Terms & Conditions 2022 onwards (applicable to all students starting courses with the University College of Osteopathy in 2022/23 or 2023/24)
UCO Student Terms & Conditions pre-2022 (applicable to all students starting courses with the University College of Osteopathy in 2021/22 or earlier)
