Graduation 2024
We are delighted to confirm that this year’s Graduation ceremony will be held on Friday 22nd November 2024 at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.
Booking is now open!
You can now book your gown and purchase up to two guest Graduation tickets online for your Graduation ceremony event on Friday 22nd November 2024. The booking system is through William Northam.
The deadline for booking your gown and purchasing your guest Graduation tickets is Friday 25th October 2024.
To book your graduation gown and tickets:
- Select ‘Graduation event’ at the top of the website to start the process.
- Simply find the institution by searching ‘Health Sciences University’.
- You will then need to state your Student ID number, your surname and your email address to access the booking system.
As a student graduating, you do not need to purchase a ticket for yourself, but a ticket is required for each guest. Guest tickets need to be purchased in advance and are priced at £20. A Graduation ticket will allow your guest to access the Bournemouth Pavilion for both the ceremony and the Graduation celebration afterwards with refreshments.
Two guest tickets per Graduand will be available in the first instance. If you require more tickets, please complete this request through the William Northam booking platform. We will provide notifications if we are able to accommodate this by 30th October.
Timings
To help you get a feel for the day, please find below the timings*
11.00 am Registration opens taking place at the Pavilion
1.15 pm Guests will be able to access the Pavilion Theatre Hall and take their seats
2.00 pm Ceremony commences
3.30 pm Ceremony ends and the afternoon reception will take place in the Ballroom at the Pavilion for graduates and their guests
5.00 pm Afternoon reception ends

Professor Steve Urry is a Visiting Professor at Health Sciences University on the MSc Podiatry (pre-registration) course.
