Nestled in beautiful bluebell woodlands on Parkwood Road in Boscombe, consists of Parkwood Campus to the west and Garnet Campus to the east. Just a leisurely 10-minute stroll from 7 miles of award-winning sandy beaches and scenic sea views.
Split into Parkwood Campus and Garnet Campus, located conveniently across the road from each other, our small yet well-equipped site perfectly caters to our specialist institutional needs and fosters a tight-knit community atmosphere. On campus, you’ll truly feel part of a specialist community of like-minded individuals, where everyone knows everyone, fostering a friendly environment where students, staff, and academics often mingle.
Navigating our campus is a breeze, whether on foot between locations or venturing into neighbouring Southbourne and Boscombe. With the beach just down the road, it’s no surprise that our students love to explore the local area when they’re not studying.

A. We have three covered, lit, and secure bike rack stores located around campus: Outside Cavendish House, at Garnet Campus and in the Quad. These are accessible by using your door access card. We recommend using a D-lock when securing your bike
