Nicola Bayer

M.Ost Patient Care Lecturer

Nicola is a Lecturer on the Patient Care unit of the Part Time Osteopathy M.Ost course.

Biography

Nikki graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (now HSU) in 2022. She has since gained experience working both in private practice as an osteopath and within the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner. In 2023, she joined the patient care team at the university, where she teaches osteopathic techniques. Prior to her studies, Nikki worked as a sports massage therapist working with local sports teams to provide pitch-side first aid and massage therapy, supporting the team physiotherapists. Having grown up as a competitive gymnast and trampolinist, she has a passion for working with athletes and sports enthusiasts at all levels. Nikki now runs her own practice in Surrey, treating a wide range of patients. She has a particular interest in managing patients with hypermobility and is passionate about using lifestyle changes and education to promote healthy aging.
