Biography
Miles Cassidy-Rice is a certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and a HCPC-registered sport and exercise psychologist. With over a decade of experience in the field, Miles has served as a coach, head of development, and mental performance coach within various sporting contexts.
His expertise extends to delivering mental skills training to a diverse range of athletes and teams across multiple sports. Prior to joining HSU, Miles gained experience in the United States, working within higher education and as a mental performance coach.
In addition to his role at HSU, Miles provides tailored mental performance consulting services to a variety of sports and performance clients, helping them to optimize their mental skills and achieve their full potential.
Current Activity
Miles is an Associate Lecturer in Sport and Performance Psychology within the school of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Health Sciences University.
Areas of Experience
Miles has extensive experience of supporting youth athletes in developing mental skills. His experience spans a wide range of athletes, from elite to amateur, supporting their holistic development. Miles is committed to fostering a psychologically safe environment for young athletes, enabling them to acquire the mental tools necessary for both athletic and personal success.
