Biography

Elodie is originally from France and moved to the UK to pursue conservatoire studies in contemporary dance, in Leeds. After some years performing, Elodie retrained as a yoga teacher and spent many years teaching in the UK and abroad. During this time she was lucky enough to teach some of the world’s best athletes.

Alongside working as the Head of Teaching for Europe’s biggest yoga franchise business, she studied as a part time student at the UCO from which she graduated with distinction. Elodie has a particular interest in performing arts, and worked as the in house osteopath for the Lion King at the Lyceum, as well as treating performers and crew from some of London’s best known musicals. She currently works in private practice with a predominantly sporty population, and continues to teach yoga and train yoga teachers. Elodie is also studying for an MSc in Health and Exercise Psychology which she will complete in 2026.
