Biography

Celina Caesar-Chavannes is a dynamic leader with an impressive track record across business, politics, and advocacy. As the founder and CEO of CogniSoul, Inc., she focuses on translating her PhD learnings into practical strategies that inspire individuals to “Think with their Hearts and Love with their Minds.” Through her work at CogniSoul, Celina empowers people to bridge cognitive and emotional intelligence, fostering deeper self-awareness and authentic leadership.

A sought-after international speaker and consultant, Celina’s political career includes serving as a Member of Parliament for Whitby, where she held prominent roles such as Parliamentary Secretary to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Minister of International Development. Her advocacy for mental health, equity, and social justice earned her recognition from publications like O Magazine and Chatelaine.

Celina’s educational background is equally extensive, holding an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. She is currently completing her PhD in Neuroscience and is a certified health and meditation coach.

Before politics, Celina founded Resolve Research Solutions Inc., a research consulting firm focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with neurological conditions. Her best-selling memoir Can You Hear Me Now?, published by Random House Canada, along with her contributions to various publications, underscores her expertise in leadership, diversity, and social change. Celina has spoken on global platforms, including the United Nations and Harvard University, and continues to inspire through her leadership and advocacy.

A recipient of numerous accolades, including Chatelaine Woman of the Year and the Mental Health Parliamentarian Award, Celina remains committed to transforming lives and restoring our collective humanity.
