Biography
Billy completed an undergraduate course in Clinical Exercise Science at Bournemouth University in 2020, then completed his masters in Sport Rehabilitation & Therapy at HSU in 2022.
Current Activity
Billy started working at HSU as an associate lecturer in October 2023, before taking up a more permanent position in December 2023.
He has been practising as a BASRaT-reg graduate sports rehabilitator for the past 3 years and has worked as the medical lead at various semi-professional football clubs. He also spent 2 years with the academy at premier league club AFC Bournemouth.
Billy currently balances his work at HSU with National League South members Salisbury Football Club, where he acts as the medical lead. Billy’s work in football over the previous 3 years has enabled him to build up excellent skills in the rehabilitation of athletes, as well as being able to manage serious medical emergencies that may take place on the pitch.
