Important steps to follow before
you arrive
To get off to a great start at Health Sciences University (London campus), please ensure you follow the
detailed steps below.
1. Complete online registration
Online registration information and induction week activities will be emailed w/c 26th August in time for you to enrol on Thursday 19th September.
Online registration takes about 20 minutes to complete and ensures we have all the information that we need about you. Your online registration means you agree to our current regulations and policies. You will also learn how to pay your fees, update and check your student record information, and accept our Student Agreement.
If you have met the conditions of your offer, you will be sent instructions via email at the end of August, giving you a link to the online registration system.

2. Get your qualifications and ID ready for verification
Remember to bring the original documents of your educational qualifications and photo ID, either passport or driving licence to enable us to complete our ID check.
Please ensure you have these documents with you when you travel to our campus in Southwark in Central London. If you have overseas qualifications please ensure these have been officially translated in to English.
3. Join the HSU Students’ Union Facebook group
Meet new students before you even arrive by joining the HSU Students’ Union Facebook group. This is your go-to platform to start socialising with your cohort, stay informed about upcoming Freshers events, and keep up to date with all the latest news and activities from the ASU. Get a head start on making friends and becoming an active part of our vibrant student community.
4. Add these dates for your diary
Our September enrolment will begin on Thursday 19th September.
Enrolment is an essential part of your successful induction to University life, with activities designed to familiarise you with the campus and local area, getting ready to learn at university level and of course, social activities to meet new people.

MSc Sport Rehabilitation and Therapy (pre-registration)
Starting a Masters program in Sport Rehabilitation and Therapy at the Health Sciences University is an exciting and challenging journey. (2020). Psychosocial interventions help facilitate recovery following musculoskeletal sports injuries: a systematic review. The Physician and Sportsmedicine, 48(4), 370-377.
This article aims to explore the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions in enhancing the recovery process of athletes who have experienced musculoskeletal sports injuries. This comprehensive review assesses the impact of various psychological and social interventions on not only physical healing but also on emotional well-being, adherence to rehabilitation programs, and overall return to sports participation - “Emerging Trends in Sports Rehabilitation” (Various Articles).
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field by reading articles from reputable sports rehabilitation journals. Journals like the “Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy” and the “International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy” regularly publish research on rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
